• We accept Pay By Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal

• We aim to process your order and post it within 1 - 2 days, however would notify you immediately if this was delayed.

• If we haven't met your expectations for whatever reasons, please let us know and give us the opportunity to resolve the issue. We value your feedback and are committed to making things right.

• We make every effort to try and ensure that the item photographs and product descriptions are accurate.

  Due to lighting when photographing the item(s), colours can be displayed differently on screens and devices and the colour may vary from the actual item.

• For any commission work, we may require a small deposit; however this will be deducted from the final price. We will keep you updated on your commission item and will forward photos of the final item to you to see if this meets your expectation.

• Every order is checked before dispatch to ensure it's accurate and whilst we take every precaution to minimise errors, occasionally mistakes can happen. If for any reason, your order is incomplete or even wrong, contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to remedy the situation without any additional cost to you.
