SHIPPING

  • We use Royal Mail (small or medium parcels ) tracked 48 and for smaller items, standard large letter Royal Mail 2nd class post. However should you wish to upgrade your postage, please contact us - kiltedelephant@gmail.com

  • We ship to all of mainland UK, England, Scotland, Wales  including Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man.

  • We always endeavour to ship within 1-2 days and if for any reason we are unable to we would contact you immediately.

  • If we can get your postage cheaper we will do so and issue a refund.

  • All our packaging - packing peanuts, bubble wrap, paper, etc - is biodegradable.

RETURNS

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase once you receive it, please email us immediately at kiltedelephant@gmail.com

  • You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase in the original packaging.  The cost of return shipping is non-refundable unless the item is faulty/damaged.

  • If you receive the item(s) damaged, please email us immediately at kiltedelephant@gmail.com with photographic evidence and we will arrange for either a refund or replacement.

  • If you wish to exchange your purchase, additional postage costs will be incurred.  Again if you wish to exchange, please email us at kiltedelephant@gmail.com

  • Once we receive the goods back, if everything is okay we will process the refund for you immediately using the original payment method.  Please note it can take a few business days for your refund to show on your statement.

  • For all returned packages we recommend that you use a tracked service to ensure safe delivery. We cannot be held responsible for untracked parcels that go missing.
